Free Shipping Both Ways With UPS
We offer free UPS shipping on every U.S., Canadian, UK, and Australian order. To make your Joelle & June purchasing experience as stress-free as possible, we also offer free return shipping on all orders.
Because we make most items to order, the time from order to delivery will vary depending on the item ordered. Customers can expect orders to be shipped within 10–15 business days and delivered via 2-Day Shipping. All orders are shipped via UPS and are scheduled to arrive on or before the expected delivery date shown in the order confirmation. Some orders may arrive earlier than the expected delivery date if they are ready. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.
Shipping Policies
For your protection, Joelle & June always:
• Insures and registers all items for their full value.
• Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
• Requires a signature upon delivery for orders valued over $500.00.
• If you miss your shipment, UPS will attempt delivery two additional times before the package is returned to the sender.
• For domestic U.S. orders, if you are unable to be home to sign for your package, you may choose to have your order delivered to a UPS Office Location near you for convenient pickup.
International shipments can be processed online. Customs processes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for information regarding any applicable fees. Other than GST, PST, or HST, there are generally no additional import duties for orders shipped to Canada and Australia. For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, Joelle & June collects the applicable duties at the time of purchase.
Joelle & June is committed to timely delivery of your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather, carrier delays, customs processing, or incorrect shipping addresses are beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable. An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to meet the estimated delivery date.
In the rare event that your order is lost, damaged, or appears to have been tampered with during shipment, you must notify Joelle & June within five (5) days of receiving your tracking number.
For insurance and security reasons, packages cannot be rerouted after they have shipped from Joelle & June.
