Return Policy Overview

We back up every jewelry piece we sell and offer a comprehensive set of warranties so that you can purchase your jewelry with confidence. If you have any issues with a piece that came from us, rest assured we will take care of you every step of the process and make sure there is a resolution to the problem. We truly want to make it right!

All you need to do is message or call us just like during the design process, and we’ll help you out. If the changes you need wouldn’t have impacted the initial purchase price, we will make them for you at no charge. We will only charge for upgrades, like adding more accent diamonds, going with a more intricate design, or using a design that has more gold, platinum, or other materials.

Confidence In Authenticity

All the materials we sell, including metals, diamonds, and gemstones, are authentic. You will receive an appraisal on any lab grown diamond engagement ring you purchase from us with a purchase price of $8,000 or above. You will also receive a third-party certificate with any large lab grown diamond center stone of .75 carat or above for your protection and confidence.

Accent Stone Loss Warranty

In the first year after creating the rings, if any small accent stones under a $100 value break or fall out of their settings, unless there is obvious damage beyond normal wear and tear, we will replace them free of charge.

Important Details

We have a 14-day return policy on all purchased items, except custom jewelry.

Once we have an approved CAD, custom projects can no longer be terminated. Prior to CAD approval, if a job must be terminated, all diamonds purchased for the job are non-returnable.

We’ll send you a prepaid and insured return shipping label for any repairs, resizes, or remakes.
